I'm so glad you're here!
It's so great to meet you. My name is Jillian Murphy Deaton. By the grace of God, I am a wife, mommy, author, speaker, Bible teacher, content creator, professor, and family nurse practitioner. Whew! So let's dive in!
I've written Powerfully Weak, This is WHY, The Four Seasons of Hope, and co-authored A Bigger Purpose. I founded God Winks bible study and blog to create a community of women diving into God’s Word! I am blessed to be a LifeWay Girls blogger and content creator as well! My passion is to share God's word with anyone and everyone! I love teaching directly from God's Word because no matter who we are or where we've been it is so relevant. My goal is to walk alongside y'all in living out an authentic faith that causes others to trust in Christ.
Now, please don't let this page fool you. If we met in person, I usually introduce myself as "Just Jillian." Not to minimize who God has made me to be or what He does through me, but I've realized and continue to recognize how blessed I am to be used as His instrument. I am still in awe that God has chosen me to serve all of y’all. He placed a calling on my life to share His Word and His unconditional love through writing, speaking, and most importantly day to day life. So if you need some encouragement, someone to talk to, a Bible teacher, or speaker... I'm your girl! Let's grow together!
